HDFC Bank: Role of Legal Appraiser

Eligibility:

Working Knowledge of topics -Transfer of Property Act, Indian Companies Act, SARFAESI Act, Indian Registration Act, Indian
Stamps Act, RERA Act and other applicable local laws;
Candidate must possess excellent command over English.
Candidates who are self-motivated, have strong interpersonal / team working skills.

Eligibilty :

Monitor compliance management and updates on new/amended laws
to various stakeholders.
Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing compliance data; prepare executive
level reports
Highlighting key trends, for the purpose of Leadership review,
regulatory/ audit compliance reporting.

Eligibility :

Master’s Degree in Law with at least 55% marks .(or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Those who are appearing for the final examination may also apply.
Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and
developments in the relevant area;
Ability to conceptualize and organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/on-site discussions apart from teaching/Research.
Fluency in English language and working proficiency in computer.
